Sailboxes bill for observed usage: the CPU, memory, and disk a Sailbox actually uses while running, plus a one-time creation charge if you’re on the Free plan. How that works, what each size includes, and where to see your spend are on the Billing overview. These are the rates: Usage accrues only while a Sailbox is running. Sleeping, paused, checkpointing, and cold-starting time is not billed. Usage is measured every second and added to your bill in one-minute increments. Volume storage is billed separately for each hour the volume exists, even when attached Sailboxes are sleeping, until it’s deleted.
